Mohand Laenser (Arabic: محند العنصر; born 1942) is a Moroccan politician and current president of the Popular Movement party and former Minister of the Interior. He was born in Imouzzer Marmoucha.[1][2][3]
En 1983-1984, Mohand Laenser a été membre de la Commission Maitland pour le développement mondial des télécommunications (UIT).[4]
